Obviously if you’re aware of Jawbreaking, you’re aware of Aly Silverio. But what you don’t know is that she does so much more than just design clothing. Aly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone who encounters Jawbreaking, whether they order or not, receives excellent customer service, and everyone gets their needs met. FOR EXAMPLE, if you want something but they’re running low, Aly will set it aside to ensure that you’re able to get the product that you want.

Granted, she might miss a few questions, but in case you hadn’t realized, she’s in charge of 99.9999999% of everything that goes on with Jawbreaking. That includes designing, ordering, and promoting her business. Sure there’s supporters and friends that help her out, but Aly is an entrepreneur, meaning that even though there’s people who help her out, she’s still dealing with a lot of stuff. So when you call her rude names or try and degrade her, think about everything she has to deal with.

ASIDE FROM JAWBREAKING, I’ve gotten to know Aly through out the process of me having this blog, and though I’m not one of her friends and I don’t know her as well as people who get to hang out with her…..in the past month or so I’ve learned that Aly is one of the most down to earth people that I’ve ever…..talked to….I’ve never like talked to her voice to voice, but you know what I mean. Anyway, in all honesty, I’ve never met someone as kind and giving as Aly, like legit. She always takes the time out of her day to ensure that she replies to not only me, but anyone who approaches her, and when people tell her negative things or try and attack her, she never responds maliciously, she always stays calm and doesn’t overreact about anything, even when people are attacking her on tumblr.

I’m honored to say that I’m in someway apart of the Jawbreaking team, being the US Street team, and I’m pleased to say that I will stand by Aly no matter what decisions she decides to make. Yes, I’m not one of her friends, but I’m an avid supporter. Just as many of you are for bands or actresses that you admire. Cut her some slack and if you have something rude to say about her or her business, keep it to yourself.

Put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel if you had a business to manage at the age of 19 while juggling everything else that’s going on?

bottom line, Jawbreaking is amazing and if you can’t see that, carry on and take your business elsewhere……
